Our staff has over two decades of experience in voter targeting. We have deployed a variety of voter data management systems from NPG VAN, Catalist, VBASE, as well as state databases imported into Microsoft Access. We are extremely proficient in locating low turnout, likely or infrequent voters whether its for nonpartisan or partisan or purposes.

Congressional Black Caucus Institute, Washington, DC
Nonpartisan voter engagement effort. Responsibilities included developing focus list of African American and Hispanic/Latino “infrequent voters”, creating resonating phone script; and implementing automated phone calls in order to engage them in the 2012 General Election.
Black Men Vote PAC, Washington, DC
Nonpartisan voter engagement effort. Responsibilities included developing focus list of African American “infrequent voters” in Ohio, Florida, and Virginia , creating resonating phone script; and implementing automated phone calls in order to engage them in the 2012 General Election.
Protecting Our Vote PAC, Washington, DC
Nonpartisan voter engagement effort. Responsibilities included Fiscal Manager duties for targeting nonpartisan GOTV messages for the 2012 General Election to persons in under-served communities.
Michigan Citizen Action, Kalamazoo, MI
Voter Data Management effort. Responsibilities included several data management projects:
– Consolidating multiple lists – Reformating list for improved donor tracking and outreach – Extracting random sample from lists for test scenarios – Preparing lists to vendor specifications and subsequent delivery – Hosting backup membership lists
Democracy South, Virginia Beach, VA
Voter Data Analysis and Targeting efforts. Consultant and Co-Director for the Hampton Roads Missing Voter Project (a nonpartisan nonprofit voter engagement effort to increase voter participation with a focus on underrepresented population groups). Responsibilities included co-managing the overall civic engagement effort and was responsible for integrating and processing Catalist voter data into targeting maps and walk lists for all focus areas.
Provided technical, mapping and data support to several projects and civic engagement related efforts. Major project efforts included:
- The National Unregistered Voter Map – Responsible for developing a web-based interactive map that allowed visitors to view State/County level information pertaining to the number of unregistered voters (2008) – www.missingvoter.org
- The Walk List Scanning Project – Responsible for developing a working prototype model whereby canvassers would use computer-type “bubble” entry forms that would be scanned-in versus the standard marking techniques that are entered-in by data entry persons (2007)
- Civic Engagement Efforts – These include: providing telephone support to 17 USAction state partners (2004); and 12 USAction state partners (2006). Responsibilities included: Voter database system (VBASE Application) training; Voter Data Conversion; and Voter Targeting Assistance
National Voter Fund, Washington, DC
Voter engagement targeting effort. Consultant in a partnership effort that included the development of hundreds of precinct targeting maps developed for a civic engagement effort designed to increase the turnout of African Americans in the November 2000 election. Tasks included:
